Shipping is done via USPS within the US and Canada. Upon receipt of your order the product will ship within two business days. Other international orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org with shipping information for more information. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only defective or unopened products are eligible for return. Prior to product return you must contact us (email is preferred) to obtain a Return Material Authorization number for returns processing. Damaged product will be replaced free of charge. The damaged product must be returned to us before product replacement – we will mail a postage paid return envelope to you once the RMA is created. You must notify us by email within 1 week of receiving the product to initiate a return.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened, we will be happy to refund your returned product, less shipping. You must notify us by email within 1 week of receiving the product to initiate a return.
